Where does sponsorship money go?
Directly into the season: meals and drinks on competition weekends, team celebrations and activities, travel and logistics costs, and the materials needed to keep the group organized and prepared.
Can sponsorships be customized?
Yes. If the listed levels do not fit, tell us your budget and goals and we will put together a package that makes sense for your business.
Can businesses donate products or services?
Absolutely. Food, drinks, printing, transportation, and other in-kind support are genuinely useful. We recognize in-kind partners the same way we recognize cash sponsors, based on comparable value.
How are sponsors recognized?
Recognition depends on level and can include a listing or logo on this website, a linked business listing, social media thank-you posts, a featured spotlight, a Dance Dad video shoutout, and recognition at selected events.
Is sponsorship tax deductible?
DDX is pursuing recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization. Until a determination letter is issued, contributors do not have advance assurance that a payment is tax-deductible, and sponsorship benefits may also affect any deductible portion. Sponsors should consult their own tax adviser. DDX will provide an appropriate acknowledgment describing any goods or services provided in return.
